Atlanta rapper 2 Chainz has proven himself a damn good businessman by turning dabbing—the latest hip-hop dance craze to confuse old people everywhere—into a line of ugly Christmas sweaters that raked in $2 million over the holidays, Forbes reports. At $35 a pop, that’s more than 57,000 ‘dabbin’ Santa’ sweaters. The rapper promoted the sweaters on Good Morning America and ESPN and encouraged people to share photos of themselves in the sweater using #dabbinsanta. The results are fantastic.

The good news about those bad sweaters: 2 Chainz donated a portion of the proceeds from the sweaters to his own TRU Foundation, a charitable organization that supports Atlanta people in need. Specifically, the foundation paid a year’s rent and donated furniture to a disabled veteran and single mother named Deirdre Palmetto, and donated a minivan to a family who lost all of their possessions in a house fire.
2 Chainz also plans to grow his apparel offering in 2016, which he notes was around long before the dabbin’ Santa sweaters came out. “I don’t want people to think this was an overnight success,” he told Forbes. “We’ve been trying with a bunch of designs for a couple years now.”
2 Chainz: charming the pants off America, one dabbin’ Santa at a time.
