So my new discovery is the yogurt smoothie. It's pretty much a tasty meal in a cup.
Check out my basic ingredients below and make it your own.
1 cup of chobani strawberry greek yogurt
4 - 5 strawberries
1 handful of blueberries
7 fresh leaves of spinach
5 golden rings (just kidding :))
2 nice sized slices or chunks of pineapples
