Loaded Salad - The Undecided Vegan

Things can get a bit creative when transitioning from a predominately meat-based diet to a more vegetable-based one. You may find yourself trying to make fruits and vegatables taste like steak, chicken, and burgers. One thing is for sure, shifting how you eat requires a shift in mindset. And that takes time. A major key is introducing new foods to what you already may be accustomed to eating.

The Loaded Salad is a bit of a twist that invites fruits and vegetables together on the one plate.

1. Greens (try Spring Mix; consists of Baby Lettuce and other Greens)

2. Fruits (Blueberries, Strawberries, Raisins, And Avocado)

3. Nuts (Sunflower Seeds)

4. Additional Veggies (including Red Onions)

5. Dressing of your liking (add a hint of Oil Olive)

6. Bon Appétit!
