1-Minute Meditation: Rest
For our 1-Minute of Meditation, we are focusing on staying at rest. It’s ironic how one has to be intentional about resting. At times, you have to forcefully sit yourself down and relax. Resting is truly a state of being not simply a physical posture. One can be resting physically on a perfectly sun lite beach while running multiple races in his or her mind. To rest is to refrain from toil. It is to be in a position of peace – the absence of war and worry.
This week for at least one minute a day, focus on rest. Meditate on it day and night and enter into fully.
