1 - Minute Meditation: LifeGoals

For our 1-Minute of Meditation, we are focusing on LifeGoals. We set financial goals, relationship goals, fitness goals, traveling goals, and the like. Some may even have social media goals. But the most important set of goals would should seek to obtain are those regarding Life. Life is the stuff on the inside. Life is that garden within. Life consists of our thoughts, emotions, and the philosophies we carry.

This week, for at least 1 – minute, meditate your life goals – what type of energy do you want to exude; what quality of thoughts would you like flowing through your stream of consciousness? How do you see your inner - self? Because the truth is, nothing we obtain or experience externally will ever fully be enjoyed if we do not first obtain internal success.
